Johnson Centrifugal Technology has a state-of-the-art, high-tech metal machining facility to complement its high efficiency, versatile, vertical centrifugal foundry, and is able to provide both the casting and nearly any machined condition without leaving our facility

JCT can supply anything from as cast dims, rough machined to finish to customer drawings & finish machined to print. Key capability range includes:

JCT CNC Technology

The implementation of JCT’s Computer Numeric Control (CNC) technology has been carefully planned. Over 30 years ago robust CNC machines were added to our heavy-duty manual lathes and mills. Our current machinery includes the latest in 5-axis milling and 4 -axis turning with fifth-axis live tools.

Our many CNC machines are DNC controlled with programs provided from our programming office via our Local Area Network (LAN), utilizing the latest generation of 3-dimensional modeling/programming software. Our manufacturing engineering department also uses 3-dimensional solid models to design the ideal forming for any application. Our experienced engineers and machinists have designed many of our tools and fixtures, and even some of our machines.
