Two-week Lead Time on Centrifugal Castings on Select Copper-based Alloys

ASTM B 271 Grade C954000, C95800 Aluminum Bronze Billet for Thrust Bearing used in Mining Equipment
For a limited time Johnson Centrifugal Technology (JCT) is offering two-week delivery on the following copper alloy-based centrifugal castings for diameters ranging from 10” to 76”:
- ASTM B 271 Grade C954000, C95500 and C95800 Nickel Aluminum Bronze
- ASTM B 271 Grade C97300 Nickel Silver
Yes, that’s right! Precision-engineered castings, delivered in just 14 days.
Whether you’re producing custom parts for high-wear environments or intricate designs requiring exceptional detail, copper alloy castings provide the strength and reliability your application demands.
JCT’s advanced foundry capabilities and optimized workflows allow us to reduce traditional lead times without compromising on quality. This offer is especially valuable for OEMs, manufacturers, and engineers working on tight project deadlines.
- Heat treatable Nickel Aluminum Bronze castings of alloys ASTM B 271 Grade C954000, C95500 and C95800 are ideal for marine applications such as propellers, hubs and other subsea parts; bushings and bearings for lock, dam and bridge applications; and valve and pump components.
- Castings of alloy ASTM B 271 Grade C97300 Nickel Silver are the preferred option for steam turbine repair parts.
The JCT vertical centrifugal casting process guarantees the highest quality metal components, through pouring liquid metal into a rapidly rotating die.
During this process the liquid metal is under such a heavy G load that air bubbles cannot exist, allowing the metal to freeze uniformly into a shape that perfectly matches the die. This process of centrifugal casting guarantees the highest quality metal components.
The centrifugal casting process is far simpler and requires fewer resources than traditional forging. By solidifying uniformly under high pressure, centrifugal castings combine the chemical and mechanical property capability of forgings at a significantly lower cost.
